Katie LoBianco
Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet I
Katie LoBianco has been studying various types
of dance since she was four years old. She began with two years of Tap and Jazz,
moved on to Ballet, then enjoyed several years of clogging. In 2002, Katie returned
to studying Ballet and Modern Dance at Grace Center for the Arts. Katie has served
Grace Center for the Arts as a Teacher's Assistant in Creative Movement, Pre Ballet,
and Ballet I, and began teaching these classes in February 2006. She enjoys teaching,
and is continuing to study Ballet and Modern Dance and the techniques required
to teach these disciplines. Katie loves to dance, and focuses her classes on worshipping
through dance. She believes and teaches that dancing is not about glorifying our
bodies and ourselves, but about glorifying God.
