Registration
If you would like to register for classes or private lessons, please download and complete the forms below:
1. Each family must complete a Student Application Form. Only one of these is required per family.
2. Each student must complete a Lesson/Class Preferences Form for Private music lessons, Dance classes, or Music, Drama, and Art classes. Click here to get the Student Application with all Preferences Forms in a single document.
These forms and accompanying payments may be sent via mail or may be dropped off at the Grace Center for the Arts office. If nobody is in the office, please drop it in the mail slot to the right of the office door (just around the corner.) Registration Fee
- Session classes: There is a $15 per family registration fee each session (Fall, Spring, Summer).
- Dance classes: There is a $15 per family registration fee each session (School year, Summer).
- Private lessons: There is a $15 per family registration fee for new private students, or for private students who have unenrolled and are re-enrolling. As long as the student continues with lessons, no additional registration fees will be charged.
- Multi-discipline: If a family enrolls in more than one of the categories above, an initial registration fee of $15 is all that is required. A new registration fee will be required as described above for the next session of classes.
- Early Registration: Before each semester, there will be an early registration period during which registration fees will be reduced or waived. The last day of early registration will be shown on the class preferences forms.
